Students will learn how to use a winning mix of knowledge, abilities, and attitude to provide excellent customer service. Customer service representatives in the airline industry, such as ticket reservationists, check-in and gate agents, and cabin crew, operate in one of the most dynamic businesses in the world.
Airline Marketing
Marketing is becoming increasingly crucial as the aviation industry gets more competitive. Students will learn about how airline marketing is changing, how airlines are using technology into their operations, and how to recognize and meet consumer expectations. They’ll also learn about partnerships, packaging, and value creation.
Airline Revenue Management
As competition and different economic constraints intensify, all airlines, whether full-service and low-cost, must optimize revenue to compete and develop. Revenue management offers a variety of ways to assist airlines improve and optimize revenue as they change their business processes and models to meet the industry’s present problems. This course will teach students how to deal with these and other challenges.
